Research in the fields of Micro-engineering and nano-engineering of materials; Micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS); Lubrication, Tribology, Friction and wear studies of polymers, composites and thin-films; Micro-hardness of polymers; Micro-scratch hardness and surface deformation mechanisms of polymers; Nano-scratching of polymers; Nano-tribology; Bio-tribology; Design and fabrication of tribological and material processing equipments for research and industrial applications.
